I built my business the hard way — so you don't have to.
I'm Génesis Delgado, founder of Genesis of Health — a movement for women's health — and a business consultant specializing in AI implementation for small businesses and personal brands.
I built my company from zero — no coding background, no team, no safety net — while immigrating across multiple countries and working several jobs at the same time. I know that exhaustion intimately: running behind money just to try to make a little more, watching the cycle repeat next month, and feeling like your own dream keeps getting postponed for someone else's.
I started learning about AI in 2024, the moment I finally decided to build my own dream — with zero technical knowledge, just basic Canva skills and a social media account. Two years later, AI is the reason my business exists at all. Not luck. Not capital. AI, used strategically and intentionally.
Now, in 2026, I'm sharing every tool, workflow and shortcut I've built with women who are doing exactly what I was doing: building something real, with limited time, limited resources, and unlimited determination.
A personal note
I'm Venezuelan. Many people outside Latin America don't know what's happening back home: after the recent earthquake, entire small towns are still without electricity, clean water, or access to basic medicine. On top of decades of political and economic crisis, families are quite literally rebuilding with their bare hands — and the large international organizations aren't reaching most of them.
My family, my neighbours, the women I grew up with — they're the faces behind this. So a meaningful part of every consultation goes directly to small rural communities in Venezuela: food, medicine, roofs. Not through an NGO. Hand to hand, through people I trust on the ground.
This work isn't only about my business anymore. It's about turning what I've learned into something that reaches further than me.
When you invest in your business, you're also helping rebuild someone else's home.
